The Vision “Urban Water Landscapes: vision@hoc” is driven by the idea to develop sustainable solutions for climate change adaption and mitigation in the urban environment. Therefore it focuses on the role of water for a resilient city. This by developing a blue grid with green measures for cooling down the urban environment and making the city more resilient. The research also investigates on the role of historic underground river spaces and their role for a sustainable and healthy city. The presentation will take place at the 58th ISOCARP Congress in Brussels.
